Program Administrator

Position overview 

The Program Administrator will be an integral part of the NatureFinance Coordination Unit, primarily providing administrative support to program leads to ensure projects are implemented successfully, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

The role involves coordinating logistics and stakeholder engagement for various projects and events. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, visas, and registrations, maintaining contact databases, and ensuring effective communication and document management via MS SharePoint and Teams. The role also involves leading event planning and execution, tracking invitations and attendees, and providing logistical support such as travel, accommodation, and vendor coordination. Additionally, the role supports meeting preparation, follow-ups, report formatting, and expense management to ensure smooth project delivery.

Swiss Global Hub for Nature Finance – Lead

Position overview 

The Lead of the Swiss Global Hub Support Unit will report to the CEO of NatureFinance, with day-to-day supervision provided by NatureFinance a Senior Advisor, Mark Halle, based in Switzerland, and a dotted line of accountability to the Hub Advisory Board. They will receive administrative and operational support from NatureFinance to fulfil these responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

The Lead of the Swiss Global Hub Support Unit will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and operational activities of the Hub.

Administrative Assistant – NatureFinance

Role overview 

The Administrative Assistant  will be an integral part of the NatureFinance Coordination Unit, reporting direct to the Senior Administrator and primarily providing administrative support to the Global Brazil Lead. The Program Administrator will be responsible for establishing excellent working relationships with the internal team and GB’s key stakeholders. The position requires the person to be fluent/native in Portuguese with a high level of English proficiency.

This position will track progress on projects, actively ensuring timely deliverables, whilst providing thorough support on the organisation/execution of GB hosted events worldwide. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
